A B2B platform that enables multifamily operators to launch renter financial incentives in real time and evaluate their impact across complex financial systems and organizational hierarchies.
The Renter App: Cash Back on Rent
A B2B2C mobile app where renters receive rewards and tool that boost their financial health.
The platform operates as a single ecosystem spanning both B2B and B2C surfaces, with a hierarchical user model that includes renters, property managers, asset managers, and regional operators.

From 2021 to 2026, I joined as Founding Designer and led design across Stake’s end-to-end product ecosystem, spanning renter-facing and operator-facing surfaces.
My role extended beyond execution into product strategy, system architecture, and organizational alignment. Partnering directly with executive leadership and engineering, I translated top-down vision into shipped product, pressure-tested decisions, and drove roadmap tradeoffs across scope, speed, technical constraints, and user experience in a high-ambiguity environment.
